Hello, my name is Catherine, I am a Chancellor’s fellow at the Patrick Wild Centre and at the Salvesen Mindroom Research Centre.

My research interests

My research interests are in autism and communication across the lifespan, particularly in relation to mental health, community engagement, wellbeing, and healthcare access. 

What I do at the PWC

I currently running research projects on peer support and post-diagnostic support for autistic adults. I’m interested in participatory research and often work with the autistic community to tailor research to their needs and priorities.

In my spare time, I like exploring the Scottish countryside, cooking, reading, and re-learning the piano.
